Self Care is Health Care!

Skin care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights all have an influence on our hormonal changes. They can really reek havoc on our skin. And "face" it (pun intended), some of us just have outrageous life expectations!

It is important to understand that the chaos in your life can trigger hormonal imbalances that result in breakouts, rosacea, and sensitivity (in your skin, not just making you cry in the car while waiting on the kids next activity). It can also be responsible for hair loss and that weird rash.

Everything in life shows up on your skin. It is the largest organ of your body. A good diet, laughter, and self care can calm the soul, and soothe the skin.

It is time to take care of you! Self care is not selfish! Give yourself permission to get a facial, back treatment or even a massage.
